Subject	n/a z running 14.6s anyone have suggestions on running 13's?

Message	I have pop charger underdrive pulley headers and a backhalve exhaust with stock tires i run 14.6s-14.8s consistantly, I would like to hit 13s without nitous does anyone have suggestions on what to do next?
